Our after hours confidential helpline is available to provide immediate support, guidance, and a compassionate listening ear. Whether it's the middle of the night or a moment of crisis, we are here to offer help and reassurance, ensuring you never have to face this journey alone.

When you call our 1800 number outside of business hours, you’ll first speak to a messaging centre. They’ll ask for your name (you can remain anonymous or just give your first name) and a contact number. One of our counsellors will then call you back within 15 minutes.
